• Oversee benefits administration and payroll accuracy through bi-weekly audits.

HR Programs and Process Improvement

• Coordinate onboarding, internship, and engagement programs to drive employee experience and retention.
• Lead internship program operations for 4–8 interns per semester end-to-end.
• Streamline HR workflows using Microsoft Copilot to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and retention.

HR Recruiting Support
