Alec Conway

I have worked for PGFD since June 26th, 2017 when I started Career Recruit School as a member of CRS 55. After completing the requirements at the TLA, I was assigned to Co. 841 where I spent 3 years operating as a Firefighter/EMT/HMT. In my time on in the department, I have completed multiple MFRI courses and had the opportunity to go complete FEMA/CDP Hazmat Technician training in Anniston Alabama. I was later selected to be in the first round of students to be sponsored by the county to attend AACC to complete their Paramedic program and have providing ALS services to the citizens of Prince George's County since 2021. I have preformed the role of Acting Fire Technician at Co. 839 and become intimately familiar with the roles and responsibilities that being a Fire Technician requires.
