Conducts field studies, inspections, audits and evaluations for permit and regulatory compliance. Prepares permits, technical reports, and enforcement case documents. Responds to regulatory inquiries from state, local, federal, NGOs, and the public. Provides outreach, guidance, and support regarding stormwater management.

Selects, evaluates and documents results for all officially identified agricultural commodities in accordance with regulations. Verify compliance with established grading standards. Issue USDA certificates, maintain grading stamps and memorandums. Provides analysis reviews, system assessments, and data interpretation.
