At this position the role is to oversee all Card Programs, managing the team to deliver the most efficient service to our customers. I am also working on the internal processes finding the way to improve these and to apply the innovations to ensure the best customer experience. I am also managing the communication and relation with Mastercard, UnionPay, Payment processors, card manufacturers and other providers.

• As a senior implementation manager I was given more decision making capabilities to ensure the smooth customer experience, also in this role I was managing more complex card and digital banking projects.

• As an implementation manager for card projects, I was delivering the service to our customers helping them to launch their card programes from scratch. I was managing multiple card projects leading the client through all implemention journey, connecting with their third party providers and also managing the relation with schemes like Mastercard and UnionPay

• Founder of a family business- Christmas lights decoration and lighting decoration for weddings and special occasions
• Dealing directly with suppliers and other stakeholders, managing social media, content creator and client facing work

• In this role I was assisting the Treasury team to manage the financial part of the ewallet operation by recording the bank transfers, managing the incoming and outgoing bank wires and keeping track of the internal documents and data bases.

• My role in this position was to help users with their eWallet needs, ensuring a smooth experience via answering questions, solving issues and making the digital financial service easy and satisfying for the customers
