Achievement - creation of transparent, reliable and fast system of internal/ management reporting, that allowed optimization of decision making process of the Executive Board. As a result - the Bank reached its ambitious financial targets (increase by more than 30% in one year) while considerably reducing its CIR.
Reporting. Achievement - full centralization of all external reporting (to National Bank and other regulatory entities).

Treasury. Achievement - implementation of funding matrix and margin control methods that brought the Bank first position in the banking system in regards to gross margin.

From February 2020 also acted as interim CEO, ensuring transition of power to new majority shareholders.
