Andriana Hamlin

My life's mission was forged in the seventh grade as the primary caregiver for my permanently disabled mother, an experience that instilled in me a lifelong heart for service. Inspired by the resilience of Delta women during my time in the Junior Debutante and Delta Academy programs, I view sisterhood as a powerful sanctuary for community transformation. My journey has been defined by a transition from the criminal justice system to school counseling, driven by a proactive desire to empower first-generation students, and underserved youth through educational development.

• Youth Athletics & Mentorship, Dedicated 10 years as the Athletic Program Coordinator and Head Cheerleading Coach at Drew Freeman Middle School, specifically mentoring at-risk youth to develop leadership and social-emotional skills.
• Mental Health Advocacy, Provided 8 years of dedicated service as a Rehabilitation Counselor at Maryland Wellness, focusing on PRP services and client independence.
• Faith-Based Leadership, Served 5 years as the Media Director and Assistant Director of Children's Ministry at The Oil Church.
