- Sometime we played games, worked on puzzles, 30 minutes reading time and talking about what we read. If we go out side we spend 1 hour of outdoor activities, its important because it simulate the child brain. It teaches them how to play with each other. Think and helps with vocabulary. Playing ball ruling and being physical helps with stress.
