As a Special Programs Coordinator, I oversee the design, administration, and management of a variety of soccer programs, including school programs, clinics, summer camps, day-off camps, private training sessions, and leagues. I manage the schedules of 30-40 coaches and oversee programs that serve more than 4,000 players. I am responsible for creating detailed session plans, ensuring high-quality coaching standards through the education and development of coaches, and managing all administrative tasks related to program execution. This role involves direct communication with parents, addressing their questions and concerns, and maintaining smooth operations across all programs. I also coordinate logistics, from securing permits to managing team schedules, ensuring the overall success of each program.
