This experience includes Accountability property officer level DPAS permissions allowing me to Transfer, Add and delete assets to accounts. Furthermore This experience has also led me to be knowledgeable on how to conduct inventories when needed to maintain a 100% accountable Hand Receipt. Consequently this experience has also equipped me with a thorough understanding of proper record-keeping practices, ensuring accurate and organized data management.
Assist APO's with daily task such as transferring, adding and deleting assets on DPAS.
Coordinate with Property custodians to conduct quarterly/yearly inventories of accounts.
Ensure all Property Custodians are knowledgeable of proper procedures for excessing equipment.
Participate in yearly Audits with all Accountable Property Officers, accomplishing a 97% passing rating.
