- At the start of working here I was a delivery driver/server.
- I would plan my own routes, drive the company's sprinter van to locations with invoices.
- Loading up a sprinter van with cases and kegs on pallets with a forklift.
- At times I would help at events, do dump runs or storage runs.
- Once deliveries have finished I would come back to help around the brewery by serving/closing.
- Eventually, I transitioned to becoming a brewer, by helping brewers in the canning runs and kegging.
- Below, a list of duties and responsibilities:
- Keg cleaning/filling.
- Canning operator. (CODI manufacturer)
- Inventory stocktake, (Used on Beer 30, 5th ingredient), keeping an accurate count of volume in tanks, count on cases of beer or kegs from other locations or distributors warehouse.
- Pulling orders for distributors, sales, Front of house; contacting them. (Used forklift to pull)
- Beer line cleaning.
- Pitching/Harvesting yeast, also dry-hopping.
- CIP brite tanks, fermenters, canning line, brewdeck.
- Properly pasteurize and sanitize lines and parts.
- Brew batches in our 20 BBL system, one turn 15 BBL. Mash-lauter-boil/whirlpool.
- Following along with the brewsheet and time stamping.
- Taking logs of PH and gravity, carbonating with Anton Paar.
- Handle deliveries that come in and out of the facility.
- Warehouse managing, getting with other cellarpersons to ensure orders are pulled and for who, using invoices.
- Coordinating with owners, distributors, brewers.
- Also trained brewers to use forklift, stocktake, pulling orders.

- Driving with another member in a sprinter van, delivering items/goods through state lines.
- Moving items such as couches, arcade machines, antiques, tables, beds, etc. to states such as Maine, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Minnesota, Indiana, Texas, Florida, etc.
- We handle the loading and drop off, as well as moving the items where the customer wants us to place them, whether it's in their shop, home, or just outside.
- We take care of customer belongings by strapping them down with moving blankets to prevent scratches and any other damages that can occur.
