Managed and coordinated the oversight of the Office of Community Engagement’s statewide outreach canvassing efforts; including, team assignments in specific territory and regions in high priority areas based on zip codes, county and regional data provided by the Office of Research to ensure culturally-specific communities are educated and informed about the program and services offered by DHCD. This is accomplished at the grassroots level of community engagement through distribution of marketing collateral, mailings and fulfilling partnership requests for program materials. Additionally, I conducted weekly team canvassing meetings with the OCE staff to assign new projects and to provide updates; including collecting weekly canvassing totals, preparing reports, reviewing and editing canvassing totals to provide the OS Leadership/OCE Director with desired metrics and outcomes on a monthly basis.
