Instructor Philosophy

I believe in explicit and compassionate instruction, that at all times maintains the highest levels of safety for my students. I am committed to providing my students  with modeling, modifications as necessary, and hands on assistance when needed.  As an instructor it is important to me to be continually  evolving and growing in my discipline, with constant emulation and introspection into my practice.
