Awards

I was given the prestigious Gold Pin award for (2) events. The first one was for helping correct a veterans dosage on insulin, and the route at which it was being utilized. After speaking with the veteran, I took the information to a member of his care team, who then was able to implement a change, to better help the veteran.


The second Gold Pin I received, was for coming in early the morning after the 23H 4th floor fire. I was able to come in , lend a hand, and help with medication unit dose carts movements.
