• I have been a member of the Anne Arundel County Police Department for over (29) years. I have prior service as a member of the Baltimore City Police Department from May 1993 to April 1997. During tenure, I worked as a patrol officer and was a member of the Northwest Dist. Plain Clothes Crime Unit. I separated from the Agency in good standing prior to employment with the Anne Arundel County Police Department.

Since 2019, I have been assigned to the Western District Detective Unit. I have conducted long-term investigations involving violent crimes against persons as well as private property. As a detective, I have conducted criminal investigations relating to violations of Maryland and federal statutes relating to the commission of burglaries, Shootings, life-threatening assaults, robberies, and weapon violations.

I have worked with other investigators from local, out-of-state, and federal law enforcement agencies during my career as an investigator. I have experience with covert surveillance techniques and working with confidential informants.

I have conducted investigations where I have authored numerous search and seizure warrants as a lead investigator for Data records, Vehicles, cellular devices, social media, Homes, and other property to gather items of evidentiary value for case enhancement.
