• Report all abnormal findings to the appropriate nursing staff

• Verifies patient information providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs

• Obtain blood and urine specimen, vision testing, hearing screening, pulmonary function testing, inventory medical supplies etc

• Aided 20+ patients per shift with routine tasks provide patient with daily care related to bathing, grooming, medication, and other ongoing needs under the supervision of senior nursing staff
• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising
• Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed
• Answers signal lights promptly
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly
• Obtain blood and urine specimen, vision testing, hearing screening, pulmonary function testing, and vital signs
• Assists provider with procedures, including minor surgical procedures
• Provides pre-printed patient education/material as directed by physician etc

• Making phone calls, advertising, managing inventory, keeping records regarding event planning resources, participant interest, and other notable information, such as injuries or behavioral incidents
• Create and handle the logistics for daily, weekly, and monthly events to engage clients, residents, or patients
• Speak to participants to get feedback, training and motivating employees, manage employees, volunteers, and resources, and deliver fun, safe events while on time and within the budget etc
