Project Assistant Intern
- Providing assistance to engineers on company projects
- Developing marketing materials and graphics for company's LinkedIn page and other social media, company website, and other marketing functions within the organization
- Assembling and analyzing information, preparing reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence, and memoranda
- Meeting administrating and project coordination
- Organizing and maintaining calendars- arranging, coordinating, and prioritizing scheduling and logistics
- Accurately and professionally handling multiple simultaneous high priority tasks
- Accurately and efficiently conducting normal administrative tasks
- Providing professional visitor greeting, telephone, and email coverage - resolving routine and non-routine inquiries.
