Accept donations from the general public. treat all donors and all donations with respect. Assist every donor in the unloading of donated items from donor's vehicles. Offer every donor a donation tax receipt and sign all receipts acknowledging acceptance of donations. Thank every donor for their donation. Dress appropriately in accordance with Goodwill dress code. Understanding of and commitment to the Goodwill Mission. Demonstrate effective communication of the Goodwill Mission to donor either verbally or through Mission related literature or messaging. Maintain safe conditions for donors and staff and perform proper fire safety procedures. Promptly report any accidents/incidents and unsafe conditions to supervisor.
