I handle ordering OEM parts, managing inventory, and working with car catalogs for accurate collision repairs. I use systems like CCC ONE, CDK, and Excel to track parts, support technicians, and stay organized. I’m also learning more about car parts and body components every day.
While working as a cashier, I also supported restaurant technology as an OTP. I handled customer transactions, trained new team members, and helped troubleshoot POS systems and other tech equipment. I assisted with basic hardware setups, menu updates, and ensured smooth tech operations during shifts, combining frontline service with behind-the-scenes tech support.
