By the end of my time at Chick-fil-A I learned to call other franchises, product providers, and franchisees, to fix miscommunications, find missing product, and resupply our store when necessary. My opinion and leadership we well respected, and the desire to keep me at chick-fil-a was very high.

I learned how to bring ideas to the table, explain them so the entire team understood the idea, and put the idea into action. I learned how to lead a team who was unmotivated and was able to produce the quality in work I held myself and my team to.
