From 2020 to 2022, I provided comprehensive logistics support for the U.S.-based marker company SOVAMAX LLC. My responsibilities encompassed order processing and customer satisfaction management, conducting import/export brokerage research, negotiating pricing and tariffs with carriers, and collaborating with the IT department to enhance the Transportation Management System (TMS).
From 2019 to 2022, I provided strategic operational and logistical support in the European market. As a Senior Logistics Supervisor, I successfully negotiated transportation and logistics contracts, reducing shipping costs by 10% and securing significant discounts from third-party service providers to drive cost efficiency. Managing a high order volume of 200–250 shipments per month, I ensured on-time deliveries while collaborating closely with Sales, Buying, and Accounting teams to resolve invoicing and shipping challenges with carriers and customers.
From 2022 to 2025, as a Key Account Supervisor, I played a pivotal role in training and mentoring new logistics employees, fostering a high-performance team culture. Additionally, I developed comprehensive internal guides on logistics processes and actively participated in meetings with local departments, as well as partners and vendors from Germany, to streamline operations and enhance collaboration.
