• Leading and guiding a team of cleaning technicians, providing training, and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the required standards.
• Performing a wide range of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and other areas
• Maintaining cleaning equipment, ensuring it's in good working order, and managing inventory of cleaning supplies
• Conducting inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and addressing any issues or concerns
• Following safety protocols and company policies while performing cleaning duties
• Reporting to a manager, attending meetings, and communicating with customers regarding cleaning needs
