  • Company Overview: Headquarters for an international fraternal order office with an internal staff of approximately 75 people
  • Oversee daily operations of the Grand Executive Director’s office. To maintain, update and process data, records, materials, and reports to be used by in-house and out-of-house staff and members.
  • Manage GED office schedule.
  • Manage office expenses (purchase supplies, approve invoices, account for requested receipts) as well as annual expense reports for the GED office
  • Communicate with contractors as needed
  • Submit request for reports, keep track of schedules and deadlines, process the required information, and email completed reports to appropriate staff, Personal Representatives, and Secretaries.
  • Log all incoming checks for Supreme Council and affiliated foundations.
  • Create/manage 60k+ member profile database while responsible for protection of personal information.
  • Manage and coordinate Supreme Council scholarship programs; maintain a yearly payment schedules for approximately 40 scholarships, send payments to colleges or awardees, as applicable, compose correspondence and handle all controversies regarding students’ awards
  • Create documents such as e-mails, correspondences, drafts, spreadsheets, certificates, etc
