• Planning and scoping tickets for features and enhancements,
• Translating client desires into comprehensive tickets with all dependencies,
• Managing team dynamics and assigning priorities,
• Coordinating releases and deployments.

Primary responsibilities included:

• Ensuring clear task comprehension among team members
• Completing all assigned backend tasks
• Overseeing releases for deployments
• Addressing any major post-deployment bugs

Core responsibilities:

• Build maintainable and reusable code;
• Conduct code reviews;
• Develop new custom products, perform code refactoring bug-
  fixing, testing and responsible for new features deployment;
• Comprehension of the client's business needs, estimations
  proposal according to technical and functional requirements,
  proposal of reliable solutions for existing critical problems.
• Integrated third-party APIs from external applications into web platforms.

Was involved into:

• long term projects;
• start ups projects;
• maintenance;

Besides being the main developer on two projects (Getheli, Helipaddy), periodically was also involved as second developer to other projects. Overall was involved into six projects.
