First line of contact for many key accounts including national accounts. Consistently top parts sales with lowest returns out of eight stores. I received training on more then what we are a dealer for ie: Cummins, Cat ,kohler/lombardini , deutz and scania. I work very close with the service department and Techs for difficult and hard to find parts. I was promoted to cover 8 stores over the phone with roll over calls or issues the stores couldn't help with also I handled all online/internet orders.I helped and trianed other employess on how to use our system and offten helped accounting in fixing any issues with customers accounts.
