- Leading the successful implementation of several projects within the education sector and humanitarian emergency response.
- In the current emergency response project: responsible for coordinating project implementation, including managing grants with local NGOs, overseeing the design and implementation of activities across livelihoods, basic needs, protection, education, MHPSS, and capacity-building sectors. In the livelihoods sector, I coordinate the development and implementation of activities for the socioeconomic integration of refugees and the local vulnerable population. The grantees collaborate with local divisions of the National Employment Agency for initiatives, including vocational counseling, referrals, information provision, facilitation of vocational trainings, and provision of small grants for self-employment.
- While implementing an anti-bullying project: responsible for coordinating the development of the Methodological Guidelines for preventing and combating bullying (effective since November 2022) and implementing a 6-month ToT training in the implementation of the guidelines for bullying specialists from 35 districts in Moldova.
- As a part-time M&E specialist: developed M&E tools, collected and analyzed data, conducted monitoring visits, prepared M&E reports, and offered guidance for optimal project execution.
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement through effective liaison with donors, partners, authorities, and key agencies such as UNHCR and member organizations of APSCF.

- Oversaw the development and execution of country marketing programs in key markets in collaboration with ANTRIM. This included campaigns tailored for attracting the diaspora, recognizing its potential to contribute to the sustainable development of rural regions through investments in tourism activities and participation at events.
- Facilitated the establishment of tourism startups, including by targeting returning migrants and encouraging them to leverage their experience and resources to launch rural guesthouses and wineries.
- Assisted in the digitalization of tourism businesses by providing support in website development, integration of real-time booking solutions, and conducting capacity-building sessions for tourism business owners and staff.
- Successfully led the development and launch of the national website moldova.travel.
