• Lead the end-to-end global supply chain, including supply planning, global logistics, customs, and distribution, with responsibility for all market supply chain operations
• Lead transformation of SC from traditional wholesale model into DTC model, followed by omnichannel transformation
• Develop supply chain strategies across all area of the value chain and deliver on them

Reporting to Group CFO (Board Member) – lead Global Finance team for Group Functions and lead Global Procurement

• Lead Global finance controlling team that provides business partnering to the following global functions – Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, HR, IT, Real Estate, Legal, Board
• Provide strategic and functional direction aligned with global strategies and concepts, ensuring a harmonized approach to all relevant finance processes.
• Support, consult and actively steer Board and Senior Management of all Group Functions concerning target, control and achievement of Financial and Business Performance
• Play an integral role in the Strategic Business Planning process, providing direction to all finance functions within Group Functions by implementing and maintaining KPI frameworks to drive continuous improvement in performance and service levels
• Ensure transparency of Global Operations & overall Supply Chain performance, cost and service levels by creating relevant infrastructures and identifying cost drivers
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports regarding both periodical financial statements and operational/ performance reports (actual, budget, forecast) and provide actionable recommendation to the Board and Senior Management
• Build Global procurement function and drive Procurement transformation globally
• Lead Global international team located in Germany, Amsterdam, HK, Portland, Boston, Shanghai

Reporting to the Managing Director CIS, leading finance team of >200 people across CIS

• Responsible for Ukraine and Kazakhstan business
• Lead CIS finance function, incl. Accounting, tax, controlling, planning, audit for CIS
• Transform company PL and cost structure during and after financial crisis
• Provided cross-functional accountability and strategic guidance to the Managing Director and Management team to achieve P&L targets
• Managed commercial responsibility for the Ukraine and Kazakhstan businesses, leading the integration of Crimea's operations from the Ukraine business into the Russian business.
• Lead cross-functional projects such as - new office e2e, distribution centre buy out and etc

Reporting to the Managing Director CIS, leading a team of >10 000 people across CIS

• End-to-end responsibility for retail operations, from store design and construction to daily operations.
• Full accountability for sales target execution and profit margin performance across the retail network.
• Led the retail operations team through a period of expansion, growing the network from 350 stores to over 1,000 stores.
• Developed retail operations strategy, including store segmentation, staff remuneration, and other key aspects.
• Led the Visual Merchandising function, ensuring consistent implementation of VM processes across the network.
• Oversaw pricing strategy, stock clearance, and discounting initiatives.

Reporting to the Managing Director CIS, leading >500 people across CIS in finance, IT, Supply chain, Legal

• Ensure stable operation of the entire supply chain, from inbound to outbound, including distribution center (DC) operations.
• Manage the Commercial Legal team and build the Real Estate Legal team.
• Lead preparation for the company's IT transformation from Navision to SAP.
• Assume full accountability for the finance function.
• Oversee corporate real estate deals, including office and DC properties.

• Build the finance function during periods of rapid company growth.
• Transform the finance team from a support function into a commercial and business-oriented function.
• Take on full-scope finance responsibility, encompassing local accounting, controlling, and financial analysis.
• Finalize business and financial cleanup following the 1998 crisis.
