• Participated in regular training sessions to stay current on medication guidelines, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitated seamless pharmacy communications by liaising between pharmacists, physicians, and nursing staff regarding prescription orders and clarifications.
• Assisted in reducing medication errors by diligently cross-checking prescription information with patients' medical histories.

• At this job, I was a medication technician and a companion. I bathed residents, helped wheel them to the dining hall, gave them their medication, and analyzed their behaviors and actions. Also, I was a companion because they talked to me about their problems and their lives.
• Built strong relationships with colleagues across departments by collaborating well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Displayed adaptability and flexibility by learning new techniques and procedures as required, allowing for seamless integration of cutting-edge medical technology into daily operations.

• I had my own 1:1 resident. I helped her with her daily life such as transportation, bathing, eating, giving meds, and daily responsibilities of life
• Maintained a clean, safe, and well-organized patient environment.
• Documented progress notes thoroughly to track client achievements, concerns, or changes in behavior patterns that may need attention from the interdisciplinary team.
• I analyzed their behaviors, actions, and diagnoses, and researched them to have more background knowledge.
• I had to leave this job because I returned to campus for school.
