Sunserra Landscaping is a company that only works on new residential community build projects. We were contacted by companies like Ryland Homes to install all of the outdoor living amenities. That are included when buying a new home build.

• Review the plot plans and make sure that everything was being executed at all of the jobs to the specifications of the exact layout
• Oversee multiple build crews a day
• Responsible for crews training, time and accuracy on daily schedule
• Resolve employee disputes
• Communicate with non-speaking english employees
• Helped crews on a daily bases i.e ( Build retaining walls, placement of plants and trees, ensuring we have the right equipment)
• Communicating with superintendents
• Ensure quality of products upon receiving them from merchant
• Return to pervious builds when product discrepancies would arise to investigate issue and determine to best course of repair based on contractual guidlines
