- This initiative was undertaken in partnership with another short-term expert within the project 'Strengthening of the Penitentiary System and the Probation Service.'
- Throughout this mission, we successfully delivered several valuable outputs to enhance the effectiveness of the North Macedonian Prison System, including: A well-structured rulebook that outlines a new performance evaluation system specifically designed for the North Macedonian Prison Police, Eight clearly defined job descriptions for key roles, a detailed overview of both hard and soft (behavioral) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored for the four roles within the prison police, a new guide that promotes the development of competencies within the North Macedonian Prison System, a two-day training course designed for HR advisors, a one-day training session aimed at preparing future management trainers, and a five-day online training program (Training of Trainers) for prison police staff
