- Creating CVs for IT candidates: Java, JavaScript, Salesforce, Mobile Developers, DevOps, SAP roles, QA Engineers, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, etc.
- Working with the CVs from Romania, Moldova, Vietnam, France and sometimes from Mexico.
- Verifying and correcting the information from the CV's candidates.
- Managing and updating the Pentalog candidate database (IT profiles).
- Analyzing and writing the information received from the HR team related to IT candidates.
- Communication with the HR team to clarify up some information related to job experience, technical skills of the candidates or other related issues.
- Gaining knowledge and working with the new CV platform - GreenHouse.
- Working daily with the Pentalog databases and applications, such as: Redmine, Follow App, Pentalog Connect, Outlook, etc.
- Reviewing various documents and LinkedIn profiles.
- Translating CVs when needed (from Romanian, French or Russian).
- Ensuring that all tickets with candidates were completed before the given deadline.
- Making some small changes on the employees CVs, when needed.
- Communicating with our team and team leader in order to solve unclear issues.
- Creating and updating the profiles from SkillValue Freelancers platform.
- Participating in Pentalog events in Chisinau, Moldova.
- Managing daily tasks, such as completing my KPIs and participating in meetings with our team leader.
- Completing several courses on the LMS Platform, such as: Data Protection, Secure Remote Working, Coding and Cybersecurity, Anti-Bribery Practices, etc.
