Prepare tax returns and answer questions and concerns.

• Provide customer service for clients at 2 locations

• Work mostly with first-time homebuyers to help them get through the home buying process
• Assist buyer’s with calculating payments, paperwork, and the mortgage process
• Market my services to buyers and property owners and market my listings to buyers and other agents
• Coordinate everything from listing to settlement

• Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for guests by serving them food and/or beverages
• Maintain and clean service areas
• Welcome and greet the guests and to assist the Alaska Railroad employees load and unload the guests
• Assist railroad employees where needed
• Occasionally work as a prep cook, as needed.

• Drive customers from the dock or their hotel to the airport and back, giving them a mini-tour on the way and answering their questions about Alaska

• Set up, organize, and maintain computer and paper files
• Gather documents needed and send them to the underwriter
• Communicate and coordinate with the underwriter, clients, lenders, title companies, attorneys, and loan officers
