  Baltimore City Public Schools:

  Speech language pathologist providing maternity and medical leave coverages throughout the county and completed assessments as part of the Central Assessment Team. Provided services for the following schools and programs:
  •Pointers Run Elementary School RECC (Regional Early Childhood Center) program, Hammond Elementary School, Mount View Middle School, Elkridge Elementary School, Rockburn Elementary School Regional Program. Provided virtual and in-person services upon the re-opening of schools for students in grades Preschool-8. Collaborated with special educators, general educators and parents to establish appropriate and motivating therapy activities. Participated in annual reviews, review of assessment meetings and transition meetings as needed. Completed pertinent documentation related to the IEP (updating PLAFFP, updating goals, service delivery, etc), completed quarterly progress reports and completed assessment reports for evaluations as recommended by the IEP team. Collaborated with special educators, general educators and occupational therapist to maximize progress. Completed pertinent documentation including daily Medicaid service logs, annual review documentation and quarterly progress logs.

• Created speech therapy program at neurological based outpatient rehabilitation facility. Educated TheraFit staff on SLP scope of practice.
