Employed at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing by Ruchman & Associates, a company which supports federal agencies by providing contract employees. My daily duties in this role consisted of:

• Conducting tours of the production areas as a representative of the BEP, focused on the history of the US dollar and the process by which paper currency is made.
• Daily tour scheduling.
• Management of daily operations such as opening, closing, and handling visitor concerns.
• Training new tour guides to conduct tours and to perform operational tasks.
• Assisting in the implementation of the inaugural digital ticketing software.

• Distributing daily tour schedule.
• Assisting supervisor with daily operations such as opening, closing, and handling visitor concerns

• Assisting federal employees at the National Museum for African American History and Culture with daily operations.
• Managing large group entry into security screening
• Answering visitor questions about the museum, general African American history, and the greater Washington, DC area.

• Conducting tours of the historic site and answering visitor questions.
• Handling ticket and souvenir sales in museum gift shop.
• Providing information regarding local attractions and tourism.

• Gathered, organized and input information into digital database as requested by the Curator.
• Creation of a virtual exhibit, The McNasby Oyster Company, as the cumulative project.
• Other tasks as assigned by the Curator.

• Photographing and/or scanning physical materials relating to the 150 year history of the college campus.
• Uploading photographs and scans into the archive database.
• Writing metadata for uploaded images, which were used as part of a digital exhibition.
• Worked remotely during COVID-19 lockdown to complete metadata as images were sent by the Archivist.

• Assisting federal employees at USHMM with daily operations.
• Assisting with ticket distribution and wayfinding for museum patrons.
• Answering visitor questions about the museum and the greater Washington, DC area.
• Creation of reference materials as a final project relating to the President's Commission to create the Holocaust Memorial Museum.
