Senior Lead Tour Guide

Employed at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing by Ruchman & Associates, a company which supports federal agencies by providing contract employees. My daily duties in this role consisted of:

  • Conducting tours of the production areas as a representative of the BEP, focused on the history of the US dollar and the process by which paper currency is made.
  • Daily tour scheduling.
  • Management of daily operations such as opening, closing, and handling visitor concerns.
  • Training new tour guides to conduct tours and to perform operational tasks.
  • Assisting in the implementation of the inaugural digital ticketing software.
