Hello! I'm 21 years old, I currently work at the Residence Inn By Marriott in Ocean City Maryland, I've been there for 3 years and have worked various departments. I started off as a Front Desk Agent in 2021, I became the Front Desk Manager at 19 and now I am currently the Director of Operations since I turned 20. I love meeting new people to make new connections and be the greeting face to an excellent stay. I love to go above and I've built relationships with guest to persuade them to come back every year and create personal bonds. I like to say we're their home away from their actual home to make them feel a great atmosphere and just to make them comfortable. I also was the previous Sales Coordinator so I am able to make group blocks, i've done events such as banquets, weddings, family reunions, birthday parties and etc. I do a lot with reservations such as validating credit cards, taking deposits, management, training and coaching. I've also worked in housekeeping such as supervising rooms, cleaning rooms and laundry! I have also been attending Delaware Tech Community College in Georgetown Delaware to get my associates as a Radiology Tech. I have medical terminology knowledge and anatomy and physiology knowledge.
