- Prepared aliquots of DNA from micronic tube into plates or eppendorf tube by using programme called CAND
- Used lab instruments to aliquot DNA by using an automated liquid handler which is called Hamilton

- Used XL20 tube handler to create batches and prepare those in hamilton to extract DNA
