I started my career in year 2000 as personal assistant to the CEO Econet Wireless telecommunication. From 2004 to 2012, I served other top management staff as Group administrator Vodacom and Airtel Telecommunications respectively, supporting Training & Development, Planning & Optimization, Call center Operations and Customer Interaction departments. As Senior administrator Call Center, at ZAIN telecommunications 2012 to 2014, I was a key member of the project team who initiated and delivered a 3,000 capacity call enters. I have versatile experience cut across Health care, Business Analysis, and Administration. I always put in my heart and full energy to any assignment I find my hand to do.
