• Mentored project leads and supported client audits, bid defenses, and data reconciliation efforts

• Oversaw vendor contracts, regulatory submissions, and study kit tracking, achieving cost savings and uninterrupted enrollment

• Supported infectious disease studies in West Africa and Mexico, improving invoice tracking and spending analysis. To include spending nine on-site overseeing the renovation of a hospital wing, study start up activites, and clinical oversight and source document review.
• Provided logistical and operational oversight for high-profile government-funded trials (e.g., Ebola outbreak in West Africa, Zika, COVID).

• Managed a company-wide request system for government projects, developing a database to enhance transparency. The system managed 150-200 new project requests annually.
