I was born and raised in Europe and the Caribbean, spending a significant portion of my adolescent years in Jamaica. I enlisted in the US Army when I was 17 years old and decided to remain in the DC Metro area once I exited service. I began my career with Crothall Healthcare in 2014 with a focus on Patient Experience and then transitioned to EVS Operations. I returned to Maryland after four years with the University of Tennessee Medical Center, the areas only level one trauma center as the Assistant Director of their EVS department and Linen. I have been with Crothall Healthcare for ten years and have experience in the many facets of the Environmental Services processes.
