As my continued growth at Congressional Country Club I have also taken on the role of Private Event Planner and Wedding Planner in a $5million dollar yearly revenue department.


My duties include but are not limited to:

  • Meeting with members to plan a variety of events including Weddings
  • Providing high quality service to members through planning, executing and supervising events and weddings
  • Building relationships with vendors
  • Attending vendor shows to stay up to date on latest trends
  • Working with the Executive Chef to plan and build menus that cater to the need of the member

Food and Beverage Assistant Manager

Congressional Country Club was opened in 1924 and is a platinum private country club full of history located in the heart of Bethesda, Maryland.


My duties included but were not limited to:

  • Assisting to oversee multiple restaurants including: House Grill, Capitol Dining Room and Chop House
  • Supervising the daily setup of restaurants, operations of dining services and member experience
  • Working with the Chef to plan new menus and designing menus
  • Designing floor plans for events

  • Nightly shift reports which shows what revenue we have done for the day along with any issues throughout the shifts

Ledge Rock Golf Club is a member owned Club located in Mohnton, PA. It features an 18 hole golf course designed by the 'Open Doctor' Rees Jones, food and beverage dining facilities, a golf teaching and performance center, and lodging for members and guests.


My duties included but were not limited to:

  • Hiring, scheduling and training team members
  • Planning and executing large banquets and golf tournaments
  • Designing the layouts for events, overseeing the production and responsibility for the final product
  • Working closely with the Chef to help plan all menus along with designing menus and marketing material
  • Handling problems with the members by strategically finding a resolution
  • Ordering all liquor, beer and soda, while keeping record of the amount spent each month and completing inventory
  • Nightly shift reports which shows what revenue we have done for the day along with member satisfaction reports were logged
  • Schedule team meetings where group training was held along with training fine dining service
  • Opening and closing Clubhouse and make sure all other buildings are locked
  • Attend career advancement classes to learn new ways to succeed
