  • Lead a 70+ member team responsible for student lifecycle processes from admission to graduation, serving approximately 90,000 students worldwide
  • Serve as a business lead that provides strategic direction and on the ground support for the implementation of dozens of technology projects related to the Student Information Systems (PeopleSoft),SalesForce or Document Management System (OnBase).
  • Serve as a business lead and technical advisory board representative for institutional technology projects across UMGC, and with Third party contractors. Parter with IT to manage projects related to system enhancements or changes.
  • Lead and participate in working groups with my peers in Student Affairs, Admissions, Stateside Military Operations, our divisions in Europe and Asia and IT to collaborate on cross functional workgroups and University wide initiatives
