I ensure accountability to donors and beneficiaries at HELVETAS. I track project performance, promote learning, document best practices, ensure MEAL integration in program design, manage MEAL budgets, maintain beneficiary communication, collect feedback, and coordinate data collection and reporting. Additionally, I support decision-making processes and project implementation, participate in writing M&E and impact assessment reports, and conduct visits to intervention areas to monitor the activities and to provide technical assistance.

I oversaw implementation and monitoring, maintained comprehensive reporting and documentation, and facilitated clear communication.
