Summary of the main client

Introduction

I joined PwC Moldova in September 2019 as part of Core Audit team. I was involved in several engagements with clients from different industry such as: wood production, manufacture automotive cables and wires, beer production, recycling and retail sectors (beverage, construction materials).

Green Group

Green Group has a unique business model in Europe, the Group is a recycler and producer at the same time which gives them a satisfactory circular feeling. As a recycler, they receive waste and transform it into secondary raw materials, and as a producer, they give waste a new life.

The core business comprises nine subsidiaries in Romania, Slovakia and Lithuania.

Reporting: Component and Group Auditors, Standalone reporting in accordance with local GAAP and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.


Efes Vitanta Moldova Brewery SA

The main activity of the Company is the manufacture, bottling and production of beer and imported beer.

Reporting: Standalone reporting in accordance with IFRS.


Coca Cola Imbuteliere Chisinau SRL

The main activity of the company is sales of beverages such as: Coca- Cola, Cola zero, Fanta, Sprite, Schweppes; Juices: Cappy and Rich; Water: Dorna; Energy drinks: Burn.

Reporting: Standalone reporting in accordance with local GAAP.


Agrii Romania SA

The Company’s main activity involves the packaging and distribution of phytosanitary products, as well as sale of seeds and crop-dusting machinery (both wholesale and retail) plus packaging services.

Company’s main services are:

– micro packaging of plant protection products with 3rd and 4th toxicity degree;

– wholesale and retail sale of pesticides, seeds and fertilizers.

The Company’s selling activity is realized by multiple warehouses & retails stores.
