• Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform minor maintenance to equipment.

• Assist with training new team members and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform minor maintenance to equipment.
• Perform changeover/set-up for new products.
• Participate in sanitation and maintenance efforts when applicable.

• Responsible for the safe operation and monitoring of plant boilers, compressed air, and their ancillary equipment.
• Record operating parameters and maintain logs and records of Powerhouse and campus steam generation equipment.
• Execute preventive and corrective work orders on all campus equipment.
• Perform SAP (System Analysis Program) functions for Deviations, Change control measures, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) revisions.

• Responsible for daily production line inspections to ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) are met.
• Perform daily pm (preventive maintenance) work to assigned areas. With additional Facility Maintenance support.
• Troubleshoot and make necessary repairs if needed to valves, pumps, and sanitation equipment.
• Certified to operate Boom Lifts, Scissor lifts, Stand up forklift and motorized pallet jack equipment.

• Honorable Discharge
• Handling and operating of Heavy Equipment and munitions while implementing repair and training of base wide operations.
• Trained and certified member of base Hazmat and confined spaces readiness team.
