  • Served as FAAM for DCS support agreement personnel in the development and review of agency support agreements. Developed products that highlight DCS support agreements, identify responsibilities of participating entities, critical milestones, vital requirements, and associated funding documents.
  • Reviewed, renewed, and tracked essential agreements by collaborating with requirement owners and verifying expiration dates with LOG, while leveraging existing agreements to meet DCS mission.
  • Served as Organizational Defense Travel Administration (ODTA) and functional Area Agreement Manager (FAM). Completed ODTA certification while simultaneously training as a Functional Area Agreement (FAAM) within months of assignment to the organization. By obtaining both certifications I was quickly able to assist teammates with tackling a backlog of travel requests, which ensured successful Fiscal Year closeout.
  • As an ODTA, I routinely manage and troubleshoot Defense Travel System (DTS) issues.
  • Responded to inquiries, updated personal travel information within DTS, corrected vouchers, verified airline reservations for travel destinations, processed travel requirements related to hotel stay, Government Travel Cards (GTC) and vehicle mileage.
  • As FAAM, a role typically given to GG-12/GG-13, assisted both internal and external stakeholders with development of draft SA’s, while conducting mid-point reviews, and routing, implementing, and terminating SA’s.
