• Using the STR function in Customer Connect agents communicate and assist the branch offices with various tasks pertaining to customer’s driving records.
• Update Parental Consent withdrawals for underage drivers.
• Update record when a customer is issued a license from another state (surrenders) .
• Send out a letter of Pending Suspension informing customers of upcoming suspensions and the date they will be suspended.
• Answer Email: Let the customer know their receipt has been received and cleared. Informing the customer even if they have emailed the wrong receipt.
Amending record, review work order item marked and merge records when the customer is found with a different Driver license number.
