Perform troubleshooting, maintenance on along with repairing residental and commercial HVAC equipment which included: diagnostics on natural gas/propane/oil forced air furnaces, hydronic and steam boilers, chillers, split system a/c and heat pump systems,water source heat pumps, ductless and ducted mini splits systems. Also have done extensive troubleshooting on tankless and regular tank water heaters. Have done both service and install of all equipment for my entire career.

Been in the trade for over 25 years. Have been trained and certified through BPI for building/home performance and have done energy audits along with diagnose inefficiency and envelope issues through blower door testing. diagnosis the issues and both recommend solutions and make necessary repairs that was capable of doing

Am NCI certified for multiple areas including combustion analysis/CO detection, home performance and system performance which included the ability to be able to give both system efficiency along with ductwork delivery efficiency. through static pressure readings and heat loss/gain readings able to diagnose issues and recommend system/ductwork modifications to improve IAQ, system and airflow improvements to improve overall system performance
