  • Reviews and reports all incident reports, first reports of injury, and related claim documents

Training

  • Manages the leave administration process from initial notice of the need for leave to the return to work. This includes providing eligibility notice, gathering and completing all required paperwork, designating leave as FMLA-qualifying, requesting medical certification as needed, and accounting for intermittent and reduced scheduled leave use.
