Used automated test equipment to isolate faults on circuit card assemblies, develop test routines for various circuit card assemblies and to repair identified component faults using advanced soldering techniques. Repairs included removal and replacement of miniature and micro-miniature components that are surface mounted or plated-through hole mounted. Also repaired, reconstructed and resurfaced laminates and other various surface types that are used in common circuit cards.

Duties include performing preventative maintenance, repairs, modifications and upgrades to Ground electronics such as Computers, printers, Telecommunication equipment and switching equipment. Utilized schematics, wiring diagrams, publications and records to ensure equipment returned to mission ready status.

Additional Roles

Training NCO - Managed the training and training documentation of a platoon of marines. Also performed duties as acting Platoon SGT when Platoon SGT was not available.
