  • Responsible for team of 7 men two of the men is operators for (building operation center)
  • The other men are responsible for preventive maintenance services which is our primary task, this also includes emergency calls, services calls, correct maintenance etc
  • The core of this building is critical mission equipment environment, which required all employees to have government clearance to operate in the building along with having certification and licenses as needed
  • My daily duties are organized and delegate important information to my team which consists of a plumber, electrician, maintenance mech and engineer so we are sufficient in completing our task and projects, which includes all critical equipment such as Air Handles, Chillers, CRAC and Split Systems on the H.V.A.C, UPS systems and boilers etc
  • We also manage with customer services calls, which consists of electrical, plumbing or any of source building maintenance needs to keep the building operating
  • In order for the MEP to be successful as well we have 5 shifts actively on site 365 days year, with complete redundancy throughout operation.
