• Developed and implemented my own curriculum using Reading A-Z books, and creating my own supplemental materials based on vocabulary building, relating to previous experiences, and using realia with the aim of making content comprehensible.
• Currently tutoring two Spanish language students who started at level A2 (CEF). I utilize immersion methods based on comprehensible input, i+1, helping to reduce the student’s affect, and have increased their proficiency to level B1.

• During my biennial trips to Colombia, I teach and observe in order to learn about ESL instruction within a foreign context.
